When it comes to poker tournaments and festivals featuring some of the most generous prize pools available in the poker world, the World Series of Poker is the place to be at the moment. This Monday witnessed the official third starting flight of Event #68: The Little One for One Drop – $1,000 +111 No-Limit Hold’em which added more people to the player pool as well as an even larger prize pool than the previous two starting flights.

Thanks to their joint efforts they were able to generate a total prize pool at the end of the day reaching some $2,265,300 which is also the largest prize pool generated throughout the three starting flights. There were ten levels of poker action throughout the third starting flight and each of them lasted for one hour.
Poker Action Continues this Tuesday with Re-Draw Day
With their help, the player pool present at the beginning of the day was considerably reduced and at the end of the day, there were only 549 participants remaining on their seats and powering through the day. They will meet once again this Tuesday, once they join the rest of the player who managed to survive the first two starting flights.
Day 2 is going to see the official redraw and as it turns out the chip leader of this day is also the overall chip leader up to this point. Italian poker player Domyo Aqmelli is the skillful player who made it all the way to the top of the unofficial leader board and succeeded in bagging the largest chip stack amounting to some 168,800 in chips. He will meet the remaining players on Day 2.
Following him closely is another participant who goes by the name of Chang Yang Liu and for the time being he has a chip stack of 158,000 to his name. This starting flight welcomed many renown players who have considerable history in the structure of the poker festival.
Among them are players to the liking of Brandon Shack-Harris, Justin Liberto, and Gal Yifrach, all of them in possession of at least one WSOP gold bracelet. Bulgarian poker player Nikolay Yosifov is also still among the poker players to continue ahead in the poker tournament with his 102,200 in chips.
The overall number of players that are going to return this Tuesday reached some 995 people which is sure to bring intriguing poker action on the felt and a potential considerable boost for the One Drop Foundation.
