Poker action is in full swing at the Holland Casino in Amsterdam where the WPT attracts hundreds of participants to the 2018 World Poker Tour Amsterdam Season 2017-2018. The Main Event commenced on Monday and gave green light to riveting poker action on the felt, leading to Day 4 which saw local player Rens Feenstra claiming the chip lead with his chip stack amounting to 2,949,000.
The WPT Amsterdam Main Event, had its initial starting flight immediately after the WPTDeepStacks Amsterdam Main Event had finished and a winner had been chosen among all players. Starting poker action on 16th April, Monday every enthusiast willing to register for the second culminating event had the chance to do so. The buy-in for this event amounted to €3,300, guaranteeing a generous prize pool as well as considerable prizes for the top places on the official leader board.
This was confirmed once the poker action commenced and 207 players made their ways to one of the two starting flight of the event.
